MEAGHAN WILLIS
Meaghan became an RMT in 2006, after graduating with an Honours Diploma from Canadian Therapeutic College. She continued her studies to specialize in Prenatal Massage and Myofascial Release (studying under John Barnes). She’s also completed many advanced workshops including IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), Manual Lymph Drainage, FMT (Functional Movement Taping), Cranial Sacral Therapy, Advanced TMJ Massage, and Hot Stone Massage. Thus allowing her to use a broad spectrum of approaches and techniques to achieving your health goals, wether you are in need of prenatal care, surgical recovery, relaxation or stress relief.
Meaghan also completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with The Institute of Classical Yoga in and Therapy in 2011 and has continued to study with other teachers with her areas of interest being Prenatal/Postpartum, Hatha and Restorative Yoga. Meaghan believes in the inseparable connection between body and mind, using massage and body therapy for relieving physical as well as emotional stress to enhance energy, health and well-being.

SARAH TATARNIC
Sarah earned the title of Registered Massage Therapist upon graduation from the Massage Therapy program from Mohawk College with honours in 2016. While studying, she took an interest in the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis as she saw the benefits of massage therapy in regards to tissue health and pain management. Her training includes prenatal massage, myofascial release, chronic pain management, deep tissue massage and the treatment of 56 neurological impairments such as sciatica.

Sarah is an advocate for fitness, nutrition and their importance to overall health, believing that the body is like a machine; it requires regular maintenance, it must take in the proper fluids (nutrients), and be run on a regular basis to function efficiently and optimally. Massage therapy is one of many tools that can be used to promote soft tissue health and overall well-being.

AMBER
SNIVELY
Since graduating with honors from Mohawk College’s Advanced Massage Therapy Program, Amber has worked alongside a team of Physio and Massage Therapists treating a wide range of acute and chronic injuries and conditions. Through her training and experience, she fostered an interest and understanding of select populations of all ages including chronic pain, prenatal health, and active aging communities. Her treatment approach involves using evidence-based strategies along with various techniques and modalities including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and kinesiology taping.
Amber considers herself a lifelong student and is eager to absorb all that she can about massage therapy and how to excel at applying her findings to your maintenance plan or recovery. This year, she plans to further her training with the Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization blade and cupping.
